RECRUITMENT OF EMPLOYEES OF Lane Cleaning Company, LLC – All of our employees have signed a non-compete agreement with Lane Cleaning Company, LLC. They are prohibited, during their contract with Lane Cleaning Company, LLC or for 2 years after termination of the contract, from soliciting a customer on its behalf or on behalf of a third party, without the written permission of Lane Cleaning Company, LLC and a possible intermediation fee of USD 2,500.00. You agree not to engage any former or current employees of Lane Cleaning Company, LLC, for a period of at least 2 years from the date the employee last worked for Lane Cleaning Company, LLC. A lot of time and resources are spent on hiring and training our staff. In the event that you believe that despite this agreement, you must hire an employee of Lane Cleaning Company, LLC, an intermediation fee of $2,500.00 is due immediately after the former/current employee is hired, whether the employment is regular or contract. • Service fee for returned checks: checks returned for non-payment (insufficient balances, closed account, etc.) are charged a check fee of 30 USD in addition to the refund of payment for services. The Service Manager – Facilities Support Services manages and coordinates the monitoring and verification of service delivery. We will contact you to discuss possible price or service changes if the cleaning time is drastically disconnected from the initial offer. We reserve the right to adjust the quote after the completion of the contract. LATE CANCELLATION: A cancellation as a delay of USD 50.00 is charged, unless notification of a change has been made at least 1 business day before the date and time of the service. All notifications must be made by phone or email. Telling the cleaning crew when they are in your home is not considered a notification. The $50 charge is processed on the credit card previously granted to Lane Cleaning Company, LLC. The 3% credit card fee is waived if this type of charge is processed on your card. Rescheduling your cleaning can result in the cost of your service being lower, higher, or equal to the cost of your last cleaning.

Time is taken into account for the holidays if the house is not occupied. There is no provision of this agreement between the customer or Lane Cleaning Company, LLC. You can cancel your cleaning service at any time. Lane Cleaning Company, LLC also reserves the right to terminate the service provided at any time.
